As a condition to acceptance of your dog into A Better Companion Dog Training LLC, the following agreement must be signed: WAIVER, RELEASE AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY/HOLD HARMLESS I understand that all dogs are individuals, and their learning may progress at different rates. I further understand that while A Better Companion Dog Training LLC will endeavor to train my dog to best accomplish my goals, and will provide me with follow-up and support, I must continue training on an on-going basis at home, or my dog may revert to previous behaviors. In consideration of A Better Companion Dog Training LLC accepting my dog for training, I hereby waive and release A Better Companion Dog Training LLC, its employees, owners, members, and agents from any and all claims, including, but not limited to, any personal injury or property damage claims resulting from the actions of my dog; and I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold A Better Companion Dog Training LLC and its successors and assigns harmless from and against all obligations, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable counsel fees incurred in litigation or otherwise) assessed, incurred or sustained by or against A Better Companion Dog Training LLC and its successors, assigns, employees, owners, members, and agents with respect to, or in any way arising out of, its training services or resulting from the actions of my dog. Further, with all reasonable care being taken while training with A Better Companion Dog Training LLC, should my dog be the cause of any injury to another dog or person, I will be responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses incurred.

You must initially pre-pay for classes in order to book your time slot. We will let you know if you need to pay a travel charge. You will not be refunded if you cancel or no show. You will not be penalized if we have to reschedule because of weather or if A Better Companion Dog Training needs to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 2 classes in the Obedience 4 Pack once we have agreed on dates, you will not be able to book the remaining classes and you will not be refunded.
